Financing

We assist investors with all aspects of fund raising including traditional lending from local and international institutions as well as investment from private investors, joint ventures and syndication.

Our services include the preparation of business plans, investor presentations and seminars, negotiating terms and managing and reporting on the overall investment budget.

Land Sourcing & Acquisition

We offer local expertise and deep market knowledge in order to source the best locations according to our client’s needs and investment purposes. We are able to source plots of land both privately and government owned for all types of investment purposes across all of the Cape Verdean Islands. We provide all the services needed to guarantee a safe and successful closing of the deal, namely the preliminary due diligence on the land, payment of land sales tax and registration of the land in the notary offices.

Planning Consultancy

Our team of experts and associate partner companies provide expert advice on all the procedures during the various stages and phases of the planning process. We can produce the detailed cost analysis and undertake project planning to ensure timely execution of the construction phase. We also provide other complementary services needed for project approval including environmental impact studies, economic feasibility studies and risk management assessments.

Master Planning, Architectural Design and Engineering

We offer expertise in the areas of development of project parameters, idea conceptualization, land use optimization, landscaping, interior design consultancy and 3D fly through project animations In partnership with a group of internationally renowned architectural and engineering firms that employ local engineers and architects we ensure that the architectural designs and engineering project solutions get approved by the Municipalities, and/or The Government Agencies or Public Corporations in charge of the infrastructure development and management of the ZDTI’s. Finally, we take care of the necessary approvals regarding the master plans and detailed design plans as well as securing the required construction and land use permits from the municipalities, institutes and government agencies.

Project Management

We can assist investors in all of the phases of the project as required including overall project management, project land surveys and construction management (contractor and sub-contractor sourcing, tendering and operating level agreements).

Local Representation

We represent our clients with the Central and Local Government and all other Institutions operating in the country and can prepare and process all applications for foreign overseas investor status to guarantee that the client benefits from all tax incentives offered to foreign investors. We can also assist with the creation of offshore tax vehicles in countries that already have double taxation agreements with Cape Verde.

Marketing and Sales Management

Our sister company CVP Real Estate have been undertaking marketing and sales management on behalf of the biggest Cape Verdean developers since 2004.
